Now that you clicked this part, you obviously want to learn something more about me. Well, what can I say...
I’m an art director and an illustrator from Turkey, born in January 1,1984. Drawing and playing games have been
a part of my life since I was a child. In adition, ads and cartoons were the only two things that I was interested on tv.
(Now I have one of the biggest animation collections ever) :)
As a person who continually draws, it wasn’t a surprise to succeed in all drawing exams and start to study in
Anatolian Fine Arts High School in Bursa. After 4 years of high school education with full of drawing, I began to
study graphic design in Dokuz Eylul University, Fine Arts Faculty located in Izmir. With this way, I combined
my art skills with design disciplines. After graduating from university with first rank, I decided to use my skills in
game development industry and started to work in GSC Game World in Ukraine / Kiev as a concept artist.
I won awards from many workshops and competitions around the world. Then Hong Ik Art&Design University
from South Korea invited me for an international workshop named xD 10th. I was the first and the only designer
who participates from Europe in xD history. I came back to my country with an award of illustration from
South Korea.
Today I’m working as an art director in Young&Rubicam Istanbul office and a freelance illustrator.
My clients are: Danone, Aygaz, Papia, Iveco, Patlican, Burger King and Alfa Romeo. I’m still drawing, playing, watching animations and trying to do my best for the game and the advertisement industry.
